We are expanding and growing our team in Arizona and looking for motivated Sales Representative to join our team! If you are a proactive communicator who is great at sales, come be a part of Atlas family.
**Responsibilities**
* Prepare presentations, proposals & sales contracts.
* Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities
* Utilize social gathering to promote and increase company sales goals.
* Solicit new customers in the construction trades and temporary roll off services.
* Meet regularly with existing customers to reinforce positive relations and to maintain acceptable service standards.
* Provide LEED reports when required
* Review construction permits and trade news for announcements of upcoming jobs.
* Assist with customer retention through cross-selling of product and overcoming objections.
* Communicate with other sales representatives on market opportunities
* Build rapport with drivers and other key employees
* Perform other duties as may be assigned.
**Experience and Skills Required**
* Knowledgeable of the construction/commercial waste and recycling industry.
* LEED accreditations a bonus
* Sales experience required
* Negotiate and close sales by effectively communicating through a design sales approach.
* Prepare for and execute cold calls to influence potential commercial customers into setting appointments with the purpose of presenting and selling Atlas Disposal services.
* Demonstrated organizational, problem solving, and follow-up skills.
* Demonstrated teamwork.
* Maintain a good customer relationship.
* Proficient use of a PC and Atlas Disposal sales tools.
* Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, telephone, and listening skills.
* Report to COO.
**Education Requirements**
* Minimum 2 years college
* College degree preferred
