We are currently looking to hire a Logistician who can analyze and coordinate organizational supply chains and manage products through the full life cycle of acquisition, allocation and delivery. In this role you will:
+ P repare inventory for shipping, loading on pallets, attaching green tags, creating DD Form 1149 documentation, and shrink-wrapping of pallets in accordance with agency Cargo Shipping Services and Agency Stock System
+ Track shipments worldwide and interface with sites to establish Arrival on Site (AOS) notification
+ Work in laboratory environments with electrical systems, internal and external telephone communications, UPS, ventilation, safety, delivery of equipment, and laboratory management and utilization
Requirements:
+ Experience m anag ing property and a ssist ing system developers and integrators during shipments of systems and system upgrades
+ Experience closing monthly inventory reports per government guidelines and m anag ing inventory control process es to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred
+ Experience m aintai n ing the Defense Property Accountability System by providing entries for incoming property (Line Item Receiving Report), transferred property and excessed property
+ Experience d evelop ing material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage and disposition of property
+ Experience c oordinat ing all aspects of shipments resulting from systems integration and system upgrade activities
+ E xperience e stablish ing program level Defense Property Accountability System(s) for incoming property (Line Item Receiving Report), transferred property and excessed property
+ Must be able to c oordinate and perform all property accountability and property management functions in accordance with government guidance and industry best practices , including the document ing of Contractor Acquired Property per CDRL DD 1423
+ Eight (8) years of experience working as a Logistician on contracts of similar scope, complexity, and size
+ A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college , OR twelve ( 12 ) years of experience as a Logistician
+ Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
