Position Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and alteration projects.
- Maintain electrical lighting, HVAC and generator systems.
- Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks.
- Inspect and test fire protection systems.
- Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.
- Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork.
Minimum Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or carpentry.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs.
- A valid driver's license.
- Occasional travel to Uline's Corporate office and / or Branch Sales offices.
