About Us:
NMF is entering a period of unprecedented growth, and we are opening our doors to welcome new talent into our Marketing & Communications team. This team plays a pivotal role in setting our marketing strategy as well as working directly with client products. As a Marketing & Communications Assistant, you'll work closely with our team to expand our clients' brand awareness and customer base. The main focus of the role is general customer service, while helping with customer acquisition for the leaders in the tech and mobility industries.
As a Marketing & Communications Assistant, you will:
- Assist the Promotions Team in developing and executing marketing strategies for each retail event
- Coordinate retail events on behalf of our clients
- Direct customer service
- Learn product and service details to be able to assist customers
- New customer acquisition
- Serve as Marketing Manager when necessary
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Customer service orientation
- Goal - oriented mindset
- Experience working forward facing with customers (This can be in multiple industries: bartending, service industry, hospitality, retail, or other sales and direct marketing roles)
- Thrive in a team environment
- Positive attitude and competitive spirit
