**Responsibilities:**

* Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat

* Be available to respond to all inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner

* Be a liaison between customers and the Sales department

* Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects

* Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices

* Assist in generating reports and logs

* Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration

* Check email and voicemail frequently and respond to inquiries immediately

* Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

**Requirements:**

* Call center experience a plus

* Bilingual a plus

* Dealership experience preferred but not required

* Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills

* Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor

* Ability to follow instructions from the Concierge Director

* Must have a valid drivers license

* Positive Attitude

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Self-motivation and self-sufficient

* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Drive to succeed customer expectations
