**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, oversee and participate in the shipping, receiving, storing, handling and movement of raw material and finish good items. Maintain receiving and inventory control records and prepare related shipping documents and reports. Monitor warehouse performance against Key Indicators and customer requirements.
**Main Duties:**
* Responsible at all times for promoting a culture of safety and awareness, practicing and promoting all safety protocol, advising Management of concerns observed.
* Maintains and follows Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.
* Ensure proper and accurate movement of all materials within warehouse and production facility physically, transacting all movements utilizing bar code scanners.
* Ability to read and understand production molding and lining schedules.
* Responsible for ensuring all shift activities are complete prior to shift end, to allow for a clean hand-off of work to next shift; informing Manager or Lead on shift of any uncompleted work and reasons.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting physical counts, utilizing scan guns and cycle count documentation.
* Responsible for timely loading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials ensuring accuracy against documentation.
* Must maintain work pace that is in line with the cadence of work flow.
* Maintains excellent physical condition of warehouse by storing material in correct locations at the properly defined height.
* Able to follow up directions provided by the Warehouse manager and accomplish tasks listed on daily schedule.
* Properly escalates issues to Warehouse Manager, communicating any duties that completed due to time or constraints.
* Responsible general housekeeping to ensure warehouse and yard standards are met and maintained to a safe and professional manner; this includes sweeping, consolidation of product, facility maintenance, organizing product and other tasks as necessary.
* Ensure that pallets are properly labeled per customer requirements.
* Maintains forklift certification ensuring compliance.

* Need to be able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Fork lift experience
* Must be able to lift 45 pounds constantly
