**Description**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Examine and compare merchandise with original requisition to record information such as quantity, type of defect, and date on invoice or other forms.

* Package and label merchandise for resale

* Receive and assess return product

* Run test on returned product

* Research product information

* Keep the carts used for testing sorted

* Maintain core sorting bins

* Maintain UPS staging area

* Ensure check- in area is clean

* Put-away returned product, while operating material handling equipment (Powered Equipment such as forklift, order picker or pallet jacks, etc.)

* Performs other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS** (**Education, Experience, & Skills required)**

**Education** - High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or two + years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Skills and Ability**

* Follows instructions and responds to management direction.

* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Must be able to recognize similarities and difference between words and between series of numbers.

**Personal Attributes** - Uses time efficiently and reacts well under pressure.

**Work Environment**

This position operates in a warehouse environment, using standard equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier, and forklift equipment.
