This is how you will grow:
The PDI Technician is responsible for performing Pre Delivery Inspection according to work instructions provided.
- Torque Specifications met
- Full Vehicle Inspection
- Fluid levels checked
- Tire pressure level checked
- Removal of transportation mode
- Road Test
- Removal of interior and exterior body protect
- Final wash
Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of automotive experience
- Volkswagen/Audi repair experience preferred
- Volkswagen/Audi dealership experience preferred
- Fact-based decision making skills
- OEM Automotive Industry Tool & Equipment knowledge
- Leadership and team building skills
- Knowledge of Quality Management, ISO 9001
- Driver license and ability to drive manual (stick-shift)
- Knowledge of PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection)
- Analytical and conceptual thinking - using logic and reason, creative and strategic
- Communication skills - interpersonal, presentation and written
- Integration - joining people, processes or systems
- Problem solving
- Resource management
- Experience with and/or working understanding of international cooperation and cultural differences
- Highly motivated self-starter with a high bias for action
