We have a great opportunity for a **Warehouse Team Lead** to work at our facility in Chanhassen, MN. This person will work on a rotating "2-2-3" shift, from 6 AM to 6 PM.
The **Warehouse Team Lead** provides leadership in the Warehouse department and verifies compliance with customer specifications, IWCO Direct guidelines, and industry standards.
**Responsibilities also include:**
* Assigning tasks to ensure compliance to customer requirements
* Providing coaching and training
* Assisting supervisors with employee performance reviews
* Communicating with warehouse shipping/receiving staff at shift change
* Notifying shift Supervisor when non-compliant issues occur and collaborating to establish corrective action
* Maintaining a clean and safe work area
* Assisting with other warehouse duties as assigned
**Minimum Experience/Education Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent and ability to read and write basic English; post secondary training helpful
* 2+ years' Warehouse experience; previous team lead or supervisory experience required
* Previous experience using forklifts, floor jacks, pallet jacks, high lifts, and/or power jacks
* Previous participation on a safety team and/or other safety training a plus
* Ability to direct others and make independent decisions
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and stoop for up to 12 hours
* Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends
* Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
