**Come join the Outback family as a Server, where you will make memorable first and last impressions with all your customers.** You will support our commitment to bringing the best of who we are to deliver perfectly tailored service to each and every Guest. As a Server, youll help to provide each custo mer with an AUSS-SOME dining experience in the restaurant, that makes each guest's day better. Have no worries, just fun!
****The Server is also responsible for:****
* Efficiently managing assigned table section including the pace and experience of each Guest following **Outback hospitality standards**
* Making memorable first and last impressions
* Using **food and beverage menu knowledge** to share favorites and provide recommendations
* Anticipating needs, processing Guests orders, and taking payment in a hospitable, timely manner
