A&F Co. Allies for Equity: Encouraging equity through career education, exposure, and coaching for young people of color.
At Abercrombie & Fitch Co., we work to ensure that our customers and associates feel respected and represented. We know when we embrace diversity in all forms, we can build a stronger sense of community across every aspect of our business. This three-day virtual event serves as a career readiness program meant to prepare young BIPOC talent for a journey in retail through industry education, leadership exposure, career coaching, and skills workshops.
The 2024 Allies for Equity event dates will be Wednesday, May 29th through Friday, May 31st.
This is a virtual event. Deadline to apply is Friday, May 10th.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Learning about A&F Co. brand evolution through the years
- Hearing from A&F leaders and partners about how A&F is promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for our customers and associates
- Gaining exposure and building skills that will help you succeed in the retail industry such as retail math, customer insights, and interview preparedness
- Find your fit through role exploration and individual career coaching
- Networking with students from across the country, A&F recruiters, and business leaders
- Gain early access to 2025 internship and full-time job opportunties within A&F's Global Home Offices and stores organization
What Do You Need To Bring? - Expected undergraduate graduation year of 2025-2026
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Passion for the A&F brands
- Curiosity about a career in retail
- Proven leadership experience
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn more!
