As a call center sales bilingual representative, each day is different, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:
* Create a welcoming experience by authentically engaging every caller, every time.
* Make a connection with customers by engaging in friendly and genuine conversation throughout each call to provide a world-class experience.
* Interacting with team and co-workers in a supportive and purpose-driven environment.
* Thoroughly and accurately answer questions about customers technology products.
* Thoughtfully listen to customers needs and provide appropriate solutions.
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

We have some fantastic training that will help teach you everything you need to know to be a tremendous call center sales representative. What we need from you is to come prepared with the following skills:
* Effective communication, including using positive language and being attentive to customer needs.
* A positive, welcoming, and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members.
* Learn and adapt to evolving technology needs.
* Work both independently and with a team.
* One year of call center experience preferred but not required.
* High School diploma or GED required.
* $500 Training bonus
* $13.50/hr. plus commission (Top 20% of associates make over $20/hr. after 90 days/Overall average associate compensation is $16.23/hr.)
