As an Account Executive with our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering innovative staffing solutions.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the technology industry.Conduct regular client meetings to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and strategic goals.Sales and Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tech sector, consistently expanding the client portfolio.Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.Consultative Selling:Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into industry trends, talent market conditions, and best practices in hiring.Present and negotiate staffing solutions that align with client's business objectives.Collaboration with the Recruitment Team:Work closely with our internal recruitment team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.Provide clear and detailed job briefs to recruiters, facilitating the successful placement of qualified candidates.Performance Metrics:Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) outlined by the company.Regularly update the CRM system with client interactions, sales activities, and progress.Qualifications:Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the staffing industryStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidatesResults-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsA bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
