Job Title: Human Resources ManagerJob Summary: Serves as a resource to both employees and management with respect to employee relations, benefits administration, policies, and other assignments. The Human Resources Manager safeguards materials in a confidential manner and processes and responds to inquiries regarding unemployment, workman s compensation, and complies with all state and federal employment regulations. Performs all hiring practices in conjunction with departmental managers according to business needs. Requirements: Strong background in a Generalist role and is comfortable interacting with all levels of personnel in a variety of settings with a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality. 10+ Years of relevant work experience, knowledge of payroll processes, benefits admin, recruiting and hiring, compliance.
Approx 10-15 hours per week, depending on the week. This job is in-person in our Vienna, VA store.
