Manager, Corporate Strategy and Culligan Business System

The Manager, Corporate Strategy and Culligan Business System will be responsible for helping to establish a formalized structure and process for the global business system and help lead the Strategy Deployment Process (SDP) uniformly across the company. The Manager will help define governance and mandates for supporting functional and cross-functional teams, providing visibility and clear reporting of key milestones and metrics throughout the project and help build organizational commitment through focused change management and communication efforts. This role will also help lead ad-hoc corporate/strategic projects, leveraging external and internal insights, cascading them to the business units, and help prepare Leadership Team and Board presentations as well.Specific Job Function:Support BU leaders in operationalizing the strategy, working in sync with the operations team that owns the operational implementation and be the subject matter expert throughout the processSupport BU leaders in defining, preparing and update SDPs: priorities, detailed action plans, improvement initiatives according to the Lifetime Value (LTV) / Value drivers.Review all SDP plans (pressure test, harmonize across BUs) and integrate SDP into Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Global Ops Meetings and all Management meetingsBuild strong performance culture through clear communication of strategy, SDP, and business KPIs with a clear link between BUs and global results. Ensure proper alignment between short term and long-term goals/initiatives of local, Regional/BU, and country strategic priorities.Set the definitions, develop, and implement Key Business Metrics/KPIs (commercial, operations, etc.) and facilitate the adoption across Business Units and into BIs (Business Intelligences)Harmonize metrics across similar BUs in NA, working close with the Business, IT, and Finance teamHarmonize SDPs, MBRs and BIs contents, leveraging the standard databook contents and following the standard definitions. Supporting the BU leaders to identify improvement actions based on the key metricsIdentify areas/initiatives of Customer LTV improvement across BUs and support the creation of recurring processes to identify, analyze, and measure improvement actions based on the Consumer Service MetricsBuild a comprehensive databook / analytics that can be pulled on a recurring basis. Support the creation of Business Intelligence and Dashboards to control the Consumer Service Metrics, working with BU teams and IT functionsConduct on-going market/competitive assessments to identify and prioritize specific strategic opportunities that can challenge the current landscape and Culligan growthIdentify threats and opportunities from current competitors and key adjacent markets (Consumer Products, Packaged Water, Vending, etc.)Maintain the Culligan Market Intelligence and Insights and embed into BU strategy packs/MBRs, support M&A target scouting and Commercial Due DiligencesPerform ad-hoc strategic projects/business cases according to SDPs and/or BU needs: Support in framing the problem/scope of the opportunity, define the financial impact and feasibility, frame the project plan and business cases to be presented at Global/Region/BU level for approval.Requirements:3-4 years in strategy consulting and/or consumer products / consumer service companies (Telcos, SaaS, Utilities, FMCG) managing strategic projects, Consumer / Commercial analytics and initiatives execution.Bachelor s degree in business administration, Finance or STEM required. Masters or MBA degree preferredStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information, with attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsCreativity, problem solving skills, and latitude is expectedAble to manage multiple tasks with limited supervisionCapable of planning and managing goal attainmentMastery of Microsoft Excel required (knowledge of Power BI/ Tableau/ Other BI tools highly valuable)Qualifications
