I am leading the nationwide expansion of a national solar sales organization. We have immediate positions available for recruiters, appointment setters, and sales consultants. Roles can be performed remotely over the phone, Zoom/Google Meet, or in person in homeowners home.
No experience is necessary, but if you are experienced, your success will likely be accelerated.
Recruiters find qualified individuals to fill the roles of appointment setter and sales consultant. Very lucrative commissions plus outstanding bonuses are available for top performers.
Appointment setters employ their networking skills and relationships to find homeowners in need of relief from sky rocketing electric bills. Appointment setters can utilize a multitude of resources to find and secure appointments for sales consultants. Above industry standard commissions are paid for Setters plus top performers have the opportunity to participate in extremely lucrative bonus pools.
Sales consultants are trained to present solutions of energy cost savings to homeowners remotely or in-home. They may advance as Sales Trainers and train sales team members and identify the best-selling strategies and processes. Sales consultants are paid a competitive commission plus top performers have the opportunity to participate in bonus pools that can eclipse their commissions.
An individual can perform any one, two, or all three roles within our organization, allowing for an unlimited income opportunity unlike any other in the industry. The positions can be completely remote, or you can work directly in any of the 39 states that we install solar in.
