The Position
We are looking for a full time Sales Manager for our upcoming Inside Sales department in Rexburg, Idaho. **Both leadership and sales experience are crucial to success in this role, and 3+ years of sales management experience is strongly preferred.** If you have found success with leadership and team management in the past, and are now looking for a stable but challenging opportunity look no further!
A day in the Life of a Inside Sales Manager
* Create an excellent growth experience for our reps, explosive growth in revenue, and stellar customer relationships.

* Regular analysis of teams numbers and appropriate follow up and development of great as well as poor performers on your team
* Pull calls, role play, and instill good principles on all members of the team
* Be an excellent closer and top producer who leads by example
* Show by example the rewards reaped through intense work ethic and focus, efficient sales processes, number of calls and other efforts to produce maximal sales opportunities
* People development - continuously helping to harvest experiences and set goals for personal growth of the members of your team outside of work as well as within the workplace
* Personal leadership growth - continual self-reflection and striving to develop ones capacity to effectively influence the team. This will include personal study of personal development materials, goal-setting, and consistent focus on achieving personal vision for growth
* Complete and collaborate ongoing and temporary projects as assigned by VP of Inside Sales
* Exemplify good communication and organization to maintain a top notch perception of sales in all other departments
