Envirosafe is seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to manage the inventory at our HVAC and Plumbing shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory management, ordering, maintaining the facility, and managing the shop space. Responsibilities:Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular physical countsEnsure timely ordering of HVAC and Plumbing supplies and equipment to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.Collaborate with technicians and sales staff to understand their requirements and forecast future inventory needs.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices, delivery terms, and maintain strong business relationships.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop space by implementing storage solutions and adhering to safety regulations.Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.Perform routine maintenance on shop facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in inventory management or HVAC and Plumbing are a plus.Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the HVAC and Plumbing industry.Strong knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing products, equipment, and suppliers.Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physically able to lift and move heavy items as needed.401(k) up to 4% matchMedical, Dental, VisionLife insuranceLong term disability insuranceTeledoctor and Roadside assistance for entire family5 paid sick daysUp to 10 paid Vacation days6 Paid HolidaysCompany outings and eventsHands on Training10% off all services we provide$15-$20/hr depending on experience
