We are seeking a Product Coordinator with robust experience in the jewelry industry. This is a hybrid position for an individual with strong QC experience coupled with strong administrative skills.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to thoroughly assess all aspects of high-end jewelry, documenting any issues found, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with our manufacturing team on continuous improvement processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing all repairs and returns within our manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive quality assessments of high-end jewelry, ensuring adherence to strict standards.
Document all quality issues identified, along with recommended corrective actions.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to implement process improvements and ensure consistent product quality.
Enhance quality control processes.
Demonstrate proficiency in computer usage, with the ability to efficiently navigate software systems.
Serve as a troubleshooting expert, addressing any quality-related challenges effectively.
Communicate clearly, transparently, and professionally with all stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Administrative Duties

Maintain detailed records of quality assessments and corrective actions taken.
Coordinate with relevant departments to track and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control processes.
Participate in training sessions to ensure staff members understand and adhere to quality standards.
Manage inventory management processes for all repairs and returns.
Requirements

Proven experience in quality control within the jewelry industry.
Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage documentation and coordinate tasks effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
GIA certification (preferred).Proficiency in computer usage and troubleshooting.
Experience with jewelry repairs.
Must be able able to work in a high-paced environment.
Experience using ERP solution software.
$65,000 - $70,000 a year

Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidates job duties, experience, and location. We will also consider higher-level candidates and salary will be adjusted accordingly.
