****Job Description****
The Order Fulfillment Representative Proactively coordinate and communicate with CSRs and Planners to address orders, which do or do not fit in the current production plans. Responsible to see orders are fulfilled as customer expects.
****Job Responsibilities****
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
* ??????Monitors and expedites items needed for customer orders.
* Determine and follow-up on dispatch shortages.
* Ensure orders are released for shipment
* Identifies when other team members, or others outside the team, are needed for assistance to satisfy all customer needs.
* Communicates to CSR and production the order priorities and quantities.
* For deviations, complete inventory transactions so that the right parts are in the order and inventory.
* Review and understands impact of Engineering Changes (EC) on inventory and customer orders.
* Coordinate short lead-time customer orders with operations teams. "Negotiate" win-win situations for delivery of product to customer needs that fits the operating capacity to deliver.
* Expedite support departments and functions to insure on-time delivery of product and information to the customer.
* Coordinate order-processing activity with other functional areas to ensure timely processing of all transactions related to a customer order.
* Promotes quality and continuous improvement.
* Assists Production Planner in discovery, analysis, and correction of inventory error root causes.
* Coordinate stop order process.

* 3+ years of experience within manufacturing, distribution, supply chain or customer service required
* Must be able to perform well in fast paced environment
* Must have strong communication skills
* Must have strong attention to detail
* Experience with SAP is a plus
* Must have solid MS Excel skills and be able to navigate all other MS office programs.
