As an Systems Engineer you will play an integral part within our fast growing client's Information Technology Department. This will involve assisting in a variety of IT functions, including managing servers. This position is a hybrid opportunity!

Specific duties for Systems Engineer include:

• Serve as high level point for level I and II techs
• Manage servers on a daily basis
• Troubleshooting
• Provide support for complex server and network issues on a daily basis

Specific requirements for the Systems Engineer include:

• Minimum of 5 years of technical support experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred
• Help Desk experience
