Redmond, WA (Greater Seattle Area) Job Type Full-time Description We are looking for capable warehouse specialist to support warehouse functions and special projects of our new facility.

Individuals in this role should be extremely detail oriented and good problem-solving skills. It is also expected that warehouse specialist have adequate physical strength to successfully unload shipments.

**Responsibilities:**

* Effectively manage raw material safety stock control through SAP/WMS system

* Perform inventory weekly, monthly, yearly cycle counting with the ability to analyze discrepancies and communicate to management any needed corrective action.

* Set up and maintain Re-order points for critical raw materials, chemicals, reagents, supplies and etc.

* Follow SOPs and comply with trade compliance for daily processes all inbound and outbound shipments, including but not limited to sorting, logging, picking, packing, put-away and shipping

* Maintain and store documents related to receipt/picking/shipping/inventory counting include SDS documentation

* Assists in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in all areas of the warehouse and facility to match company policy and EHS/ 5S policy

* Audits each shipment prior to packing to ensure that goods are in sellable condition and match order

* Maximized space utilization and equipment maintenance

* Promptly report and assist in the investigation/response of inventory issues or any loss/damage of materials, shipped packages through the warehouse.

* Assist supervisors to identify root causes and help develop solutions for warehouse operations issues

Requirements

* Minimum high school diploma. Associates or above degree in supply chain or relevant field is preferred

* Can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and meet the demands of our customers and management

* Strong organizational, communication, detail orientation, and problem solving skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently

* SAP or WMS system skills is required, intermediate level MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.

* Experience in incoming raw material handling is preferred.

* Ability to lift 45 lbs.
