Description:

General Summary

Reporting to the Director of Player Development, the Executive Casino Host will be responsible for driving incremental gaming revenue from targeted player levels. This incentive hosting program will focus on personal one-on-one customer service and aggressive sales initiatives. This targeted group of players will have a tracked daily theoretical gaming worth established by management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Handle assigned player base and drive incremental gaming revenue.

+ Make personal contact with each assigned player that comes on property.

+ Telemarketing to assigned players to ensure increase in player response/trips.

+ Effectively work new and existing accounts to ensure year over year increases.

+ Develop a strong knowledge of the business needs obtained through ongoing communication with the management team.

+ Ability to handle Slot, Tables and other Casino Ops gaming customers.

+ Must complete all goals and objectives as assigned to ensure that incremental gaming revenue is achieved by player base.

+ Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations

+ Maintain positive working relations with all departments.

+ Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

+ Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests

Requirements:

Job Specifications - Qualifications

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Positive customer courtesy skills.

+ A minimum of three years of Casino Host, Executive Casino Host, Player Development, Marketing/Sales or related job experience.

+ Aggressive sales techniques to ensure position quotas are maintained.

+ Ability to effectively promote the benefits of Players' Club and property amenities.

+ Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

+ Must have excellent computer skills (experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and LMS/CMS)

+ Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.

+ Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations

+ Must be able to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company.

+ Must be able to verify right to work in the U.S.

Working Conditions - Physical Requirements

+ Sit at a desk or table and handle phone calls.

+ Walk, stand or stoop when greeting customers, executing events or completing job duties for customer benefits.

+ Occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

+ Use tools or equipment as assigned within scope of job duties.

+ May be asked to dress in costume during events.

+ Work for sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail.
