CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, Federal HealthJOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:At the forefront of Choctaw Global s growth trajectory, the Client Relationship Manager leverages market insights to uncover lucrative opportunities and establish impactful connections with partners and stakeholders. This position will operate remotely under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and employing a strategic networking approach to broaden outreach initiatives.Cultivate and sustain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through efficient prospecting and proactive customer engagement within designated agencies.Establish and nurture relationships with industry peers to augment company visibility and demonstrate capabilities for teaming and subcontracting endeavors.Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the Department of Defense, federal civilian agencies, state/federal governments, and all other agencies as assigned.Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolutions.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering counsel and valuable insights to advance our clients mission objectives and priorities.Facilitate routine business reviews with clients to evaluate contract performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and spearhead strategic initiatives.Ensure timely achievement of project milestones while maintaining adherence to allocated budgets.Identify, coordinate, and lead business development (BD) initiatives, actively managing and shaping proposal development for potential contracts.Serves as a client advocate by proactively engaging with senior leadership to address client needs and recommend strategic action plans to optimize investment and foster market growth.Establish trust and credibility with industry and client partners through meaningful business discussions to comprehend key drivers, aligning our solutions effectively with our clients needs.Proactively collaborate with cross functional teams to shape sales process discipline, win strategy, and proposal development, as well as to prepare for interviews and presentations.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with organizational goals.Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and business conditions to participate in strategic decision-making decisions to maintain a competitive edge.Ensure compliance with all government regulations and requirements related to contracting activities, including ethics, and contracting standards.Responsible for the procurement and cultivation of relationships with agencies such as Federal Health, USAMMRA, USAMMRIID, ISR and all additional agencies as assigned.Works closely with vertical companies and Client Relationship Analyst to support government agencies such as Federal Health with focus on DHA including USAMMRA, USAMMRIID, ISR, CDC, and VA.Perform all other duties assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFACTIONS:Comprehensive understanding of business development principles, practices and capture management experience.Strong analytical skills with entrepreneurial mindset to drive maximizing potential business opportunities.Exceptional proficiency in verbal and written communication, coupled with adept presentation skills.Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing strategies while successfully securing and winning contracts.Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office suite.Government contracting experience and general understanding FAR/DFARs.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Commitment to achieving targets and driving results, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation to maximize business success.Familiarity with customer relationship management software (CRM).REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field.Minimum of five (5) years experience working in the Federal contracting sector.Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience.Direct knowledge of Company Business Line activities.Comprehensive understanding of business development principles and strategies with a focus on Federal markets.PREFERRED:Master s degree in business, finance, or related field.Minimum of ten (10) years experience working in the Federal contracting sector.COMPETENCIES:Account ManagementBusiness DevelopmentCustomer EngagementCustomer RetentionCustomer SatisfactionInquiry Research/ResponseIssue Resolution/QuotingRelationship Development Sales StrategyCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) softwarePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift fifteen (15) pounds.Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.Ability to travel up to 25% for work events.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This position will not have any supervisory responsibility.This above-noted job description is not intended to describe, in detail, the multitude of tasks that may be assigned but rather to give the applicant a general sense of the responsibilities and expectations of this position.
