Description

Titan Technologies is seeking a qualified and experienced Information Assurance Analyst/Facility Security Officer (FSOs) who has experience in government security and facility requirements. This position is to support our DoD/Intel programs. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that establishments are secure and safe. You will be the guardian of both physical space and the people within, taking on diverse responsibilities and policy management. This position is on client site and corporate office. Reston VA, location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages day-to-day operations of the Reston Facility Security Program, leading compliance, and developing a security program that enables the business with the following actions:

Thorough working knowledge of the NISPOM supplements, overprints, and other government regulations (e.g. DoDM 5105.21 M1, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) standards, DoD Directives, and Executive Orders).

Oversee government sponsor s process for Common Access Card (CAC), IC Badge, and Form 386, and SCI Nomination.

Conduct security briefings/debriefings SF-312, NATO, new employees, and terminations.

Conduct necessary new hire pre-screenings and clearance verification process.

Manage document control process, to include all classified material per NISPOM and DoD contracts.

Physical Security program and document control accountability.

Conduct security self-inspections for facility, apply risk mitigation methodologies, support customer assessments, and implement security measures to meet requirements.

Liaison with DCSA for facility inspections requirements.

Interface with all levels of Titan Technologies personnel and government management personnel to ensure contract security compliance with National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5220.22-M, Contract Security Classification Specification (DD-254) and Program Classification Guides.

Assist Titan corporate security staff in the processing of employees and sub-contractors for government security credentials, up to Top Secret.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of professional experience in related field.

FSO certification.

Strong understanding of Physical Security requirements of ICD 705 to meet contractual needs.

Experience with creating and issuing DD-254s.

Ability to manage SCI programs.

Thorough understanding of security databases such as NISS, DISS and eQIP.

Experience creating and conducting initial security briefings, debriefings, indoctrinations, pre/post foreign travel briefings and refresher briefings, as appropriate.

Experience processing staff for Secret and Top Secret clearances.

Desired Qualifications:

CISSP or equivalent certification per DoD Directive 8570.1

Clearance:

This position requires a TS/SCI with the ability to upgrade to IC Polygraph.
