Job Details
We are currently seeking a full-time construction cleaner for post-construction clean-up at construction job sites. Rate of pay will depend on experience. **$200 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment!**
**Days:** Monday through Saturday
**Hours:** 6 am to 5 pm **Duties:**
* Perform cleaning tasks including collecting trash, debris & leftover material pickup and removal, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, etc. with attention to detail and quality according to scope of services for the account.
* Work independently, learn and follow instructions with little or no supervision.
* Use various industrial cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Must be able to carry and utilize a backpack vacuum.
* Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States.
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
