**Resp & Qualifications**


**PURPOSE:**


Provides oversight to a team of creative individuals who are responsible for the strategic planning, development, introduction and evaluation of multiple and diverse high-level initiatives and leads staff responsible for planning, recommending, developing and implementing integrated advertising, promotion, sponsorship communication and marketing campaigns to support corporate strategic initiatives.


**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**


Builds the strategy for specific campaigns including the timing, messaging, and appropriate channels. Establishes best practices and performance baselines for all campaign tactics. Translates market trends and market analysis to align brand across teams. Leads efforts to measure the impact of the brand on company sales performance. Defines advertising objectives, campaigns, and budgets by studying marketing plans; consulting with product and market managers.


Achieves brand and advertising operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; identifying, developing, and implementing system improvements.


Meets advertising financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.


improves brand and advertising and management job knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional and technical publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.


Manages brand and advertising employee outcomes by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.


**QUALIFICIATIONS:**


**Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree, Marketing Communications, Advertising or related field OR In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.


**Experience:**


6 years' experience in advertising, brand management, marketing communications, strategic planning with proven ability to develop strategies


1-year supervisory experience or demonstrated progressive leadership.


**Preferred Qualifications:**


Masters degree in business or marketing. Health care background is preferred.


**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):**


Excellent creative judgment, communication skills and analytical abilities and have proven track record of marketing success.


Must be decisive and well organized with sound business judgment.


Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time.


Ability to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers.


Ability to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer.


Salary Range: $109,840 - $203,891

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilites of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business consideration.
