Duties you will be responsible for:Be a leader that creates a positive staff cultureEnsure excellence in patient, employee and physician satisfactionOversee all practice operationsDisseminate and enforce policies and proceduresManage all aspects of the care centers compliance and risk managementMust be a knowledgeable super-user on all staff positions in the care centerMust maintain super-user knowledge up-to-date and currentWorks with HR department on functions including: hiring new employees, progressive discipline, performance reviews and terminating employeesResponsible for staffing schedules based on needsResponsible for training and coaching all staffEnsure proper use of office equipment by designated personnelResponsible for physician schedules and templates in practice management systemResponsible for care center purchasing decisions; working with preferred vendors; ordering supplies; and managing inventorySet annual budgets and financial planning goalsApprove invoices & bills for payment as per policies & procedures to ensure compliance to financial budgetsReview daily routing tickets for appropriate charge collectionsWork with accounting department in approving all accounts payablesWork with credentialing department in obtaining physician signatures or documentationWork with Revenue Cycle department to ensure maximized reimbursement is achievedWork with HR department and communicate all employee relation issuesWork with IT department and communicate needs or deficienciesWork with CEO on practice operationsPromote the practice group brand and the care center physiciansMonitor workflow dashboard and open tasksReview daily routing tickets for appropriate charge collectionsAttend scheduled managers meetings at executive officePrepare monthly financial reports; Weekly Cash Flow, Physician Productivity Report, Profit and Loss, A/R report by Insurance, etc.Scheduling and coordinating monthly physician meetingMaintain physical appearance and organization of the officeCoordinate regular staff meetingsThis role requires travel to multiple offices.Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelors required, MBA or MHA preferred5 to 10 years progressive experience in managing medical practiceKnowledge of practice operations, accounting and human resources
