As a Travel Agent, your primary responsibility is to assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource, offering advice, recommendations, and personalized assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, hotels, airlines, and travel packages based on clients requirements.
Research and gather information on various travel options, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
Coordinate and book all aspects of clients travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel insurance.
Stay informed about travel regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety advisories for different destinations.
Handle all aspects of travel documentation, including passports, visas, and travel itineraries.
