Role Profile:
Qualified candidates will have a balanced understanding of Technology, Design, and Process as it relates to transformative solutions. More specifically, we value deep and broad skills across the following areas and would expect candidates to demonstrate experience in a subset of the technologies listed:
Required Capabilities:
- Expertise in .NET Core/ASP.NET Core
- Expertise in C#
- Broad experience with .NET Framework 3.0-4.7
- Experience with SQL Server
- Technical Understanding of Modern Software Development Patterns
- Agile Methodologies
Technical Skills Desired:
- Experience with client development such as Angular, React, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Bootstrap
- Experience with MVC, design patterns, and modern architectural trends
- Cloud platform experience, preferably in Azure
- Experience with mobile platforms - iOS/Android Native, Xamarin, Flutter, React Native
- Microsoft certifications a plus
Additional Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
- Experienced in problem solving, and able to follow a methodical implementation process.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.
- Ability to communicate with clients at all levels.

For Colorado, the expected salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $150,000. The salary range may be different if the successful employee is in a different state. This position is also eligible for performance bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
