Exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and handle multiple demands in a fast-paced and constantly changing environmentUse discretion and judgment to manage complex and dynamic executives calendars to ensure their time is being used efficiently, including scheduling meetings with internal and external business partners (e.g., FHFA, Vendors, Townhalls, etc.), and providing accountability for any post-meeting activitiesMake travel arrangements and maintain travel and expenses within allocated budgets and timelinesProvide oversight, management, and tracking of key deliverables and assignments due to and from senior management to ensure all timelines are metMaintain confidential information; may monitor executives email, when requested, for time-sensitive and/or critical correspondence and issuesPrepare correspondence, presentation materials, communications, and reportsQualifications:

10+ years of administrative experience including executive administrative supportHigh school degree or equivalent work experienceHighly proficient computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), to include Outlook and SharePointAbility to function autonomously and proactively, working independently on assignments with minimal oversight and superb level of organizationMust be detail oriented with sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, and discretionAbility to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environmentAbility to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the enterpriseKeys to Success in this Role:

site.This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $77,000 - $115,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
