We are Personal Pet and Home Care!
- Professional Pet Sitter
- We have been pet-sitting in the Allen area since 1996.
- We are a growing team of pet-care professionals with a passion for animal health and enrichment.
- We provide pet-sitting services in the morning, afternoon, and evening, Monday through Friday. This is a flexible part-time position. Flexible hours are available.
- We service Allen, Fairview, Parker, East Lucas, and South McKinney, Texas.
Compensation:
$12 - $18 / hour
$300 - $600 / monthly
- Compensation is $12 per visit (running 20 to 30 minutes). Most staff will service 1.5-2 visits per hour.
- Overnight services pay $100 per overnight.
- 100% Client gratuity
- Mileage reimbursement
The responsibilities:
- We can only consider amazing people who will love our clients pets like we do.
- Create a safe and positive walking environment for our client's dogs
- Follow the client-provided care instructions, including training preferences
- Provide detailed and attentive care for our client's cats
- Give our clients first-class customer service with a personal touch
- Communicate with staff via phone/text and photographs
- Contribute to the team effort by working as a team player
- Practice time management to ensure on-time arrivals for all assigned visits
- Home care tasks (watering plants, checking the mail, etc.)
- The candidate should have an innate desire to care for animals while ensuring their safety.
The ideal candidate:
- An honest, patient, and enthusiastic candidate who can provide our client's dogs and cats with the highest quality visits possible.
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of safety and time management.
- Previous professional or volunteer experience with animals is preferred, but a positive attitude and a desire to learn are just as important.
- The candidate should enjoy an active work environment, walking independently and working outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
- Special consideration is given to candidates with evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
- This is an excellent opportunity for people looking to start a career or grow their professional experience with dogs.
- Many members of our staff were previously dog walkers with on-demand services, doggy daycare staff, dog groomers, or volunteers at a local shelter.
