Job Details
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading field engineering projects and consulting services. The candidate will have a strong civil engineering background, experience with water/ sewer/experience. Will entertain candidates from outside the commutable area.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing civil engineering projects, which encompass water, sewer, drainage, and grading elements.
- Utilizing AutoCAD and Land Desktop software to prepare original drawings and revisions for civil engineering projects.
- Conducting engineering studies, acquiring funding, and navigating the permitting process for successful project implementation.
- Acting as a client advocate, ensuring client satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
- Fostering a positive work environment, mentoring team members, and promoting a culture of Safety, Balance, and Fun.
Qualifications
- A bachelor s degree in engineering coupled with a valid P.E. License.
- Demonstrated a minimum of five years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
- Proven strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
- Adaptable and open to working both in the office and on various project locations, embracing diverse challenges and environments
