Orion Talent, the nation's largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for an HVAC Service Technician position with a well-established HVAC/R service and installation company servicing the Central Ohio area for 20 years!
Position Details
Locations: Columbus, OH
Compensation: $25-$45/hr + initial employee-owned equity valued ~$2000
Shift: M-F 9a-5p with on-call rotation
Travel: Majority of travel is within 1.5hrs of metro areas. Other identified markets Chillicothe, and Mansfield, OH.

Position Description
As an HVAC Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems.
Install compressors as well as condenser and evaporator motors.
Work with expansion valves, temperature/humidity controls, fans, and control panels.
Complete work in a SAFE, timely, neat, and professional manner.
Be accountable for van inventory and/or supplies needed for each job.
Be professional, courteous, and respectful to customers as well as fellow employees.
Communicate effectively with customers and all team members.
Position Requirements
3+ years of Commercial/military HVAC experience.
Valid driver's license.
Must have EPA Universal certification.
Mid-level electrical and mechanical skills.
Good computer and internet aptitude.
