We are looking for a Team Lead for the Forklift Loaders in our Dallas, TX warehouse.
**Team Lead Responsibilities Include:**
* Train new team members on job process, Company policies and procedures, and safety policy and processes.
* Assist in distribution of work assignments.
* Other duties may be assigned.
* Able to perform all scanner functions.
* Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management verbally and in written form.
* Computer competency.
* Must be able to physically handle product lengths and lift weights up to 50 lbs.
* Prior training or supervisory experience. (Preferred)
