As a Juvenile Justice Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring safety standards and procedures are followed
- Building relationships with young offenders
- Facilitating group sessions and workshops
- Collaborating with other professionals in the juvenile justice system
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of youth in the program
The ideal candidate will have:- A degree in psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or a related field
- Experience working with at-risk youth or juvenile offenders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compensation: $19-$22 an hour depending on education
