ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment support to government customers. We are seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support our Navy customer in Washington, DC.

* Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.
Position/Job Description:
General Tasking Description:
The contractor will need to deeply understand and apply Department of Defense (DoD) and Navy policies related to defense acquisitions. Their responsibilities will extend to several key areas, including:
Policy Application:
* Utilizing the most current guidelines to ensure tasks are performed in alignment with DoD and Navy policies.
Briefing Development:
* Assisting in the creation, upkeep, and preparation of briefing materials.
Meeting Participation:
* Attending various meetings, recording minutes, and handling follow-up action items effectively.
Review Preparations: Involvement in the preparation and participation of:
* Quarterly Program and/or Progress Reviews (QPRs).
* Milestone Reviews, Gate Reviews, or Resources and Requirements Review Boards (R3Bs).
* Shipbuilder Program Reviews, including Post-Award Conferences and logistics meetings.
* Foreign Customer Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Financial Management Reviews (FMRs).
This role demands a comprehensive approach to managing and documenting the multifaceted aspects of defense acquisition projects.
Experience Requirements:
* 3-7 years program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management, with 3+ years in DoD/DoN program, contracts, or acquisition management.
* DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); DoD/DoN contracting; experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel.
* DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); DoD/DoN contracting; experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel; Foreign Military Sales; development of DoN acquisition document (e.g., Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Program Baseline); ship building experience desired.
Educational & Certification Requirements :
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management Discipline
* Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Management Discipline Preferred
* Project Management Professional (PMP) for three years Preferred.
