Research will include qualitative and some quantitative analysis. The role will also help support the team by reviewing member collateral and preparing background information and literature reviews for meetings. The Intern will get exposure to the organization, financing, and delivery of healthcare through partnerships with the nation s largest integrated health systems and the industry s most innovative companies.If you re looking to join a great company that will give you hands-on research and consulting experience, this opportunity could be a great one for you!Primary Job Duties:Conduct and organize background research on health system executive roles and prioritiesHelp build an internal database on health systems, based on research, events, dataAssist with creating and formatting presentations, short research deliverablesManage adding and updating member contact information and optimize membership reports in SalesforceTake notes and synthesize takeaways from Academy eventsAssist with creating and formatting presentations, short research deliverablesOther duties as assigned by Senior Member Insights StaffMinimum Qualifications:Intern candidates are current students pursuing their undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably entering their Senior or final year, respectivelyExperience working on multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment is essentialAn interest in healthcare is a plusThe intern will work a maximum of 30 hours per week and a commitment of at least 2-3 months (with an opportunity for extension)Interpersonal Skills & Attributes:CollaborativeCustomer-focusedTeam approach to working with othersProcess-oriented with the ability to drive a project to completionAttention to detailAbility to work independently and as a team memberSelf-directed and resourcefulExcellent communicationExcellent organizational skills from planning to execution of tasks and projectsPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
