A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAYAs a Chiropractic Front Desk Team Member, your role is pivotal in warmly guiding patients through visits, efficiently managing appointment scheduling using our advanced EHR system, and maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with the team is crucial for achieving a high percentage of kept appointments, and you'll play a key role in assisting patients with re-exam paperwork. Leading daily team huddles, you'll foster a positive atmosphere, address challenges effectively, and contribute to overall productivity. Your focus on exceptional customer service involves creating a welcoming environment each morning, providing unwavering support during treatments, and ensuring patients leave with a sense of accomplishment and well-being. Meticulously completing new patient paperwork, engaging in daily huddles, and collaborating with the team is integral to supporting new patients and contributing to our mission of optimal well-being.
THE TYPE OF CHIROPRACTIC FRONT DESK TEAM MEMBER THAT WE NEEDWe're looking for an empathetic, detail-oriented individual who can meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle patient interactions with professionalism and care
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable leading team discussions and huddles
Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is a plus! Being proficient in health documentation and documentation practices is also preferred.
