EVENT COORDINATOR

Play pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events for a dynamic and growing company. Collaborate with internal and external clients, vendors, and team members creating memorable and seamless event experiences. Proven excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills managing event coordination.

-Collaborate with clients to understand event objects. Develop concepts, themes within budget and align with client expectations.

-Counsel regarding suitable venues, catering and event suppliers.

-Coordinate all aspects of events, venue, setup, equipment and transportation.

-Manage budget and track expenses.

-Develop marketing to promote events through a variety of channels.

-Client communications.

-On-site event and ticket management.

-Gather feedback from clients, attendees and team members.

-Prepare event reports and financial summaries.
