HealthPro Heritage at Home is currently seeking to add a Full-Time or Part-Time (W2) Physical Therapist - PT for home health in our Houston Texas Branch. Coverage area will include the West Houston areas and Houston proper.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor/Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
2. Current license in the state of practice.
