First Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (possible mandatory overtime)

****Position objective****
Produce basic components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies to blueprint and work instructions.
****Job Duties****
* Set-up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines and related equipment within a continuous production/processing operation.
* Measure, build and assemble components per SOPs, schematics, blueprints, engineering orders, and job sheets.
* Work with and mix chemicals, oils, and solvents as stated within the SOPs.
* Process parts in an explosion proof room.
* Use basic measuring equipment (i.e. calipers, scale, thermometers, high gauge, etc.).
* Learn and become efficient in working with 2-part epoxies.
* Communicate ideas, problems, and concerns to management.
* Work under the direction of supervisors, and more expert personnel with little supervision.
* Move/Float within the Elements/Cabin Air Lines.
* Other duties as assigned.
****Minimum qualifications****
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Prior work experience in a manufacturing or assembly related environment is an asset.
* Basic Math Skills (i.e. Shop Math).
* Ability to read and understand blueprints, verbal and written work instructions.
* Ability to use and read calipers to make precision measurements.
* Computer literate (i.e. MS Office Excel).
****Physical requirements****
* Pass a basic vision test.
* Bending, lifting, standing, sitting, and twisting for long periods of time.
* Required to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
* Good eye and hand dexterity.
****Other requirements****
* This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.
