Location: 100% remote based in the US.

*HM is Central Time, open to Westcoast candidates if okay with starting 7am local time on some days as needed.

*Available for early morning meeting with Global Partners, such as Europe*

Schedule: 40 hours per week; M-F; 8am-5pm

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a dynamic, proactive product data and Excel expert with experience in managing large, complex datasets. This individual should have a solid understanding of eCommerce data and the ability to adjust quickly to changing data management needs.

  • This individual will be responsible for managing a queue of internal request tickets, offer proactive communication to internal and external stakeholders and provide clear, cohesive analysis to ensure projects maintain momentum.

  • The eCommerce Data Syndication Analyst position requires deep project management experience and the confidence to reach out to partner teams for collaboration. The position works closely with Sales Operations teams and has a scope across North America (NAM).



Responsibilities include:


  • Managing data syndication tools, including secure FTP, JSON files and proprietary platforms

  • Improving overall data quality of the syndication sales channel

  • Managing data requests from external customers as well as internal partners

  • Deep-dive data gap analysis and recommend strategies to resolve gaps or inaccuracies.

  • Establish data mapping from various sources, create simple data transformations and make data easily available for syndication.

  • Being the expert on our internal data syndication, with a deep understanding of data types, file locations and the impact of changing conditions on our overall data quality

  • Recommending improvements to the current data management processes, including new automations

  • Introducing efficiencies to the current systems or recommending updates






  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with data analysis of large data sets; eCommerce / product data preferred; 4 years of experience would be ideal.

  • Exceptional grasp of ADVANCED Excel: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, cross-referencing, and data analysis tools

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience automating file transfers and file validation

  • Minimum of 2 years of Tableau and automation experience: Tableau reporting with complex data sets

  • Ability to define, prioritize and track project requests.

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Ability to multitask effectively in tight deadlines.
