We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team as a Permanent Physical Therapist. As a Permanent Physical Therapist at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to provide long-term care and make a significant impact on the lives of patients in need of physical therapy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patients' goals
- Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities
- Use specialized equipment and modalities to assist in the rehabilitation process
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy through continuing education
Requirements - Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, assessments, and interventions
- Ability to assess and evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
