Are you meticulous, detail-oriented, and adept at managing financial records? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk.


Responsibilities:



  • Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.

  • Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.

  • Ensure proper approval and coding of invoices.

  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.

  • Prepare and perform check runs and electronic payments.

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience as an accounts payable clerk or in a similar role.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
