WEO Media helps hundreds of dentists throughout North America acquire new patients, reactivate past patients, and better communicate with existing patients. We are a full service dental marketing agency and work with all dentists and specialists.

Although we play in a "big pond" of marketing agencies, WEO Media still retains a start-up environment feel as a small business. Our team members are often cross-functional, covering multiple roles and continuing to develop both process and product to support our clients.

We are hiring a Client Support Specialist to support our clients and our internal team with website update requests, website launches, client trainings, and technical troubleshooting. At minimum, this role will need advanced knowledge of HTML / CSS and has the aptitude to learn new software and content management systems. This opportunity is eligible for remote work (please see below for available states).

Job Summary

Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding clients through their website features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to earn our clients trust. You should also be proficient with project management software and able to learn and edit within our proprietary Content Management System within 90 days of starting the position, and use this and other software daily.

This is not your average support role! As a Support Specialist you will get to interact with both pre-launch and post-launch departments, learning many aspects of each department on the Operations Team in order to support our clients. You will be part of a team that are responsible for updating websites, troubleshooting the mysterious, lending a hand on internal initiatives, and facilitating client communication at large.

Skills and Attributes

* Demonstrated website editing proficiency. We will expect you to be proficient in our proprietary CMS, and adapt to frequent updates to the system

* Demonstrated knowledge of HTML / CSS

* Excited to talk with clients and help support them to success

* A self-starter who learns quickly and can manage their time well

* Strong organizational skills

* An inquiring mind with a strong desire to learn

* Patience when handling tough cases

Compensation & Benefits

This position is full-time salary exempt, and available for remote work. We offer several options to our team currently; working at home full time in an approved state*, working part time in the office, or working every Tue/Thur in our Beaverton office (currently full-time remote available for all team members during the pandemic). Our salary offerings for this role range from 38,000.00 to 45,000.00 annually depending on experience and skill level.
