Job Description

The Research Fellow is responsible for supporting and conducting clinical research under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI) and chief of Surgery in the Nemours Ear, Hearing and Communication research center (NEHCC ). It is This reflects Nemours' Academic Preeminence pillar that represents the mission of Nemours research paired with education, committed to make an impactful advancement in children's health.

  1. Conduct and process laboratory activities under the supervision of the chief of surgery and/or PI.
  2. Support and facilitate coordinating of research activities, being involved in the research of the Center for Craniofacial Differences
  3. Assist in the preparation of clinical data collection, analysis, manuscript writing and grant writing
  4. Support and mentor current Focused Inquiry and Research Experience (FIRE) students under the supervision of senior PI's and chief of surgery.
  5. Participate in national research conferences to present results from research studies.

Requirements: BA, BS or MD/DO, fellow position is for one year contingent upon progress/continuation of projects for 2nd year.
