Position Title: Analyst Relations Intern

Location: Dallas, TX

Your role

Analyst Relations professionals build valuable relationships, turning analysts and influencers into trusted strategic advisors, advocates and prescribers to benefit corporate strategy, influence the brand, shape the product roadmap, and impact the sales funnel. Analyst Relations is a vital part of our company's PR and marketing strategy. Analysts at firms like Gartner, IDC and S&P help to influence key decision-makers within the Enterprise through published research and vendor consultations, and our analyst relations team leverages analyst research and relationships to support lead generation and brand awareness goals.

Your role as an Analyst Relations Intern will support the goals of an established global program by assisting with internal communications and projects related to analyst research, reporting and benchmarking. You will assist the global analyst relations lead in building an effective internal support and promotion program. You'll have an opportunity to build internal relationships with our sales, marketing and product leaders to understand how to best support the needs of each business unit through analyst engagement.

What you'll do

  • Work with sales enablement to build an internal communication plan (promote upcoming webinars, promote recent research that sales can use with their customers)
  • Create and categorize a database of research in the Analyst Relations Sharepoint site
  • Manage recorded webinar content
  • Support sales and marketing to create a case study/use case for an analyst relations assisted sales wins
  • Support internal requests for analyst research and reports
  • Ad hoc support for the global analyst relations team
What you'll need
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration with an interest in sales or PR
  • Knowledge of variety of mass and alternative media, and principles of interviewing, writing and editing.
  • Excellent communicator (written and oral)
  • Project management skills
  • Can simultaneously juggle multiple tasks
  • Ability to frequently and skillfully collaborate internally
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with PPT, Teams, Sharepoint, a plus
