DescriptionOverview: Oversee (tool room) warehouse operations for all Trade Divisions and facilitate the flow of materials to and from various departments. Inspect goods upon delivery to verify delivered goods match order received.Responsibilities: Responsible for overall warehouse (tool room) operations, equipment, organization, and cleanliness Monitor process for inventorying of tools and equipment, including check out / check in procedures Track materials daily in database Monitor inventory levels to determine when purchases should be made to keep proper quantities on hand Pickup and deliver items for all shops Provide additional assistance to support shop production Provide assistance with weekly and monthly inventory auditsComply with all Company Core Safety Rules, policies, and procedures.Report any unsafe conditions wherever they exist to the safety department, their supervisor, or the management of Trade Construction immediately.Report all incidents/accidents/injuries involving the health and wellbeing of any employee to management immediately.Qualifications: Organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Previous experience in similar environment a plus Forklift experience desired, but training can be provided Must be able to stand for 10 hours, and squat and bend at the waist as needed throughout the day Have the ability to lift at least 50lbs. Professional ability to work well with management Excellent communication and teaming abilities Attention to detail Some knowledge of basic small tools and gas engines
