Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated F&I (Finance and Insurance) Manager specializing in the auto industry, to join our team at Stokes Toyota Beaufort. In this role, you will be responsible for managing finance and insurance operations at our dealership, including providing customers with financing and insurance options for their vehicle purchases. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process for our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of customer financing and insurance for vehicle purchases
- Review and approve financing applications, negotiate terms, and secure loan approvals for customers
- Educate customers on different financing and insurance options and assist them in selecting the best option for their needs
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and contracts related to financing and insurance transactions
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policies in regard to financing and insurance procedures
- Work closely with the sales team to build strong relationships with customers and provide a seamless transaction experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current lending practices, interest rates, and insurance products in the automotive industry
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all financing and insurance transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries regarding financing or insurance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&I or finance and accounting in the automotive industry required
- Strong understanding of lending and insurance practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain strong relationships with sales staff
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership software systems
